We will email you a Tax Pack which you can print and fill out immediately (Remember toleave us your details and email address in the contact section). There are only a few small sections which require you to fill in clearly marked with an X, we fill in the rest for you!
What to do once you receive the tax claim pack
Once you have your Claim Pack, follow the Step-by-Step Guide very carefully as it gives you all the information you need to know about making a claim with 1st Contact Tax. You are only required to sign the Inland Revenue forms, please do not fill them in – it is our job to complete these forms on your behalf. Please make sure you have obtained ALL of your original P45’s, P60’s and Statements of Earnings for each tax year you are claiming before returning your Claim Pack to us – we will be unable to submit your claim without these documents.
